Simply text detailed photos of your items to 601-550-4406, along with your full name, and our team will take it from there. 

Real Wood Furniture
Pieces must be thoroughly cleaned—inside, outside, and underneath.

Upholstered Furniture
Items must be spotless, with no stains, tears, or odors. No exceptions.

Lighting

• Lamps: Clean and in full working condition.
• Chandeliers: Clean, complete, and fully assembled with all parts included.
   

Beds
All beds must include hardware stored in a labeled Ziplock bag with the consignor’s name. Please label side rails and slats as well—painter’s tape works great!

Art & Mirrors
Art is our #1 best-selling category!

• We accept originals, signed prints, and unique pieces, all professionally framed.
• Mirrors must be intact, with no cracks or broken frames, and in good to excellent condition.
   

Rugs
Rugs sell quickly and are showcased throughout our store!
All rugs must be clean, odor-free, and in good to excellent condition. No pet odors or stains, please.

Consignment Term
Each item is consigned for 90 days.

• No markdowns over time — each item has a set price for the full 90 days unless it falls on Black Friday or weekly deal discounts up to 20% OFF.
• To drive traffic and inspire purchases, we’ll run storewide weekly sales instead of reducing your item’s price every 30 days

Consignor Earnings
Here’s the profit split:

• 60% Store / 40% Consignor

Need More Time?
At the end of the 90 days, you may choose to:

• Pick up your unsold items, OR
• Extend for 30 more days at a 70/30 split (70% store / 30% consignor)
• Expired Items must be picked up within one week after expiration date OR item becomes property of Cadie’s Corner

🖊 Important for Returning Consignors
If you’ve consigned with us before August 1, 2025, you’ll need to sign a new contract under these updated terms before bringing in any new items.
